MIDLOTHIAN, VA, June 26, 2025 – CBB Financial Corp (CBB) is pleased to announce the election of Ms. Rebecca ‘Becky’ Foster and Ms. Sherri Sackett to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held, on May 20, 2025.
Ms. Foster serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Kilmarnock, Virginia-based Chesapeake Financial Shares, Inc. and Chesapeake Bank.
Ms. Sackett currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Forest, Virginia-based Select Bank Financial Corporation and Select Bank.
Immediately following the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the CBB Board of Directors also announced the election of Mr. Jeffrey H. Culver. Mr. Culver currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Community Bankers’ Bank.
